Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Gets a New Story Trailer


Following on from their Batman: Arkham series, Rocksteady Studios are bringing Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League to PC and consoles next year. After announcing the game over a year ago, further footage has emerged from the highly-anticipated title.

Unveiled at DC Fandome, we got our first look at in-game footage, placing its villain-turned-heroes in the spotlight. That highlighted the chemistry between Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, King Shark, and Harley Quinn.

Suicide Squad's premise follows these four playable characters as they tackle members of the Justice League. Glimpses at some of these heroes (or villains) can be seen below, including the Flash, Superman, and Green Lantern.

Rocksteady Studios and Warner Bros. previously confirmed Kill The Justice League takes place within the Arkham timeline. Accordingly, this trailer features references to Rocksteady's trilogy.

Suicide Squad's four members are released through Arkham Asylum's main entrance, where Joker hatched his escape in the first game. Elsewhere, Arkham Knight's Penguin makes an appearance alongside the Batmobile, which previously belonged to Bruce Wayne.

Last week, various details leaked that specified the game's live-service features. Reportedly, it'll feature over a year's worth of post-launch content, with some missions including Ra's al Ghul. DC Fandome also released another look at Gotham Knights, where the latest trailer showcased Knight's influence from the iconic Court of Owls storyline.
