Sea of Thieves' Season 4 is finally coming to a close and it's been a busy one for Rare. Having hit 25 million players, they're keen to dive into Season 5, detailing this next update through an official content update video.
Launching later this week on December 2nd, players can finally bury their treasure, which creates a custom treasure map for the island it's been buried on. If someone finds it, you'll receive the reputation that would've been earned from cashing it in. New quests are also available between Seaposts and Outposts.
