Is Rust On Or Coming To Xbox Game Pass?

With Rust now releasing on consoles, including Xbox One, players have wondered if the game will be coming to Xbox Game Pass for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series S/X.

Rust isn't currently on Xbox Game Pass for PC, Console, or Cloud. So, the only way to play it is to buy it directly from the Microsoft Store on your console or PC.

Double Eleven, the team behind Rust: Console Edition and Facepunch, the developer of the PC version, haven't made any indications that they are going to bring the game to Game Pass either.

So, for now it doesn't look like the game is on its way to the service.

There is always a chance that Microsoft could announce Rust's Xbox Game Pass debut at any point, which has happened with other games in the past. But, if you are keen to get your hands on it, it likely won't arrive to the service until a few months down the line at least.
