Rocket League: How To Get The Ecto-1 Ghostbusters Car

Rocket League's Haunted Hallows event is officially underway and players can celebrate Halloween in style.

It wouldn't be Halloween without Ghostbusters and Psyonix have brought back some classic cosmetics for the occasion.

One of the most attractive car bodies in the game is certainly the legendary Ecto-1 car design from the movie itself.

But how can you get it for yourself? Well, you may be in luck...

How To Get The Ecto-1 Ghostbusters Car

The classic Ghostbusters car, the 'Ecto-1' is a battle car that was originally released on the 10th June 2019 during the Radical Summer event.

It's only obtainable by buying the DLC for it, which was removed from the game after patch v1.70; but you're in luck - it has returned for a limited time.

The Ecto-1 Ghostbusters car is now back for a limited period of time; just two days to be precise.

You can get the Ecto-1 Ghostbusters car in the item shop from the 21st-22nd October 2020.

As it stands, the car doesn't seem to be in the shop but should be available today.

Unfortunately, it can not be equipped with any additional decals, wheels, toppers or antennas...but then again, why would you want to?

Alternatively, you can claim it in most stores by using a redeem code, but you'll need to find one first.

If you're lucky, you may be able to find a website to buy it from, but you're at your own risk there.

This is the first-ever licensed car that has returned to the shop and Psyonix have noted that they are looking to bring more back!

RocketLeague has tweeted that the Ecto-1 skin is now in the item shop! The skin will cost 500 credits as well.
