Resident Evil 3 Remake is launching on April 3rd for PS4, Xbox One, and PC players but recent data mines suggest there's an extra ending alongside hints at a Switch port.

Resident Evil 3: Remake – How to get Hidden Endings
The last Resident Evil 2: Remake endings were decided based on which way players tackled Leon and Claire's scenarios, and there were four in total which then led to a 'True Ending'.
With no scenarios involved in Resident Evil 3, the aforementioned data mining did uncover a New Game Plus which apparently switches up the campaign and unlocks a fresh ending.
