Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart: How to Unlock Silver and Gold Cup Challenges at Zurkie’s

You’ll reach Zurkie’s Slaughterplex and Gastropub pretty early on in Ratchet and Clank Rift Apart, discovering that there’s an arena here where players can take on specific challenges for rewards. However, only the Bronze cup challenges are available at first, with no clear means of how to unlock the silver and gold cup challenges at Zurkie’s. How to Unlock Silver Cup Challenges at Zurkie’s

To unlock the Silver Cup challenges at Zurkie’s Slaughterplex arena, players simply have to reach certain points in the story campaign, whereupon the new arena cups will automatically open up for selection. There’ll be minor spoilers ahead, but we’ll keep them to a minimum.

• Unlock Zurkie’s Silver Cup - Complete the Boss Fight at Zurkie’s after completing the campaign missions on Torren IV and Cordelion (10-12 hours)

Unlocking Gold Cup Challenges

Finally, to unlock the Gold Cup Challenges at Zurkie's you will need to reach further into the story. Here's what you need to know:

• Unlock Zurkie’s Gold Cup - Complete the rescue mission at Viceron (15-18 hours)

Zurkie’s Cup Rewards

The rewards for each cup vary, as each one has five separate courses that each have their own reward, resulting in fifteen separate courses overall. In most cases the reward is bolts (with more bolts for harder courses) but players can also earn Gold Bolts, Spybots and Costume pieces for doing so, meaning that those who are looking to complete their collectables collection need to become masters of the Slaughterplex.
