How to get Heracross and Pinsir in Isle of Armor DLC
Heracross is exclusive to Pokemon Sword and Pinsir is exclusive to Shield.
Although they're exclusives, this is what the trading system is for! You can trade someone on the opposite version to you to collect them.

Both of these pokemon can be found in the Training Lowlands which is the to the left of the Tower of Darkness.
Once there you should see them roaming the area.
Like most pokemon, simply battle them and capture them with a Pokeball.
