New Tournament Mode is Coming to Pokemon Unite
Some fans criticized Unite for being "pay to win" shortly after it launched. The game offers a number of microtransactions, including Item Enhancers that can make your Pokemon’s held items stronger. Some F2P players have worked their way around that, but it seems Timi is keen to move away from the issue completely.
No release date for Pokemon Unite’s Tournament Mode has been announced just yet, though it's far from the only new addition to the game. Following Dragonite's recent release, The Pokemon Company also announced Trevenant is making its way to the game soon.
