Pokemon Legends: Arceus is the most ambitious mainline game yet, and it looks like Game Freak's risk has paid off. Not only has Arceus toped the UK sales chart, it also surpassed last year’s big Pokémon games, Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.
Reported by Gamesindustry.biz, Pokémon Legends: Arceus is the fourth biggest launch in the UK thus far. Not only did it outsell Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl remakes on Nintendo Switch, but also the fifth generation - Pokémon Black and White - on the Nintendo DS.
