World in Anarchy
The World in Anarchy journal is located inside an open garage near the vendor. This can be done once players receive the Grand Marshal Corrigan objective.
Lucy’s Private Letter
Players may be able to find this journal beside Lucy Skye just outside the brothel. Players must turn left towards the warehouse.
Peace Negotiations
The Peace Negotiations journal is located just below the bridge, specifically opposite the vendor. Players may go through a path behind the crowd to find it.
The Formation of the Insurgents
This journal is under a tarp beside a board game. It is placed along with some boxes on the left of a tent.
Children of Enoch
The Children of Enoch journal is just in front of the gate in Trench Town.
