People Can Fly is issuing the Outriders Community Appreciation Package alongside the first Outriders update.
The Outriders Community Appreciation Package is People Can Fly’s apology for Outriders’ rough first week and server issues.
The developers said on Reddit:
After working on Outriders for more than five years, we were as disappointed as you that the launch weekend did not go as planned. Throughout all of this we really appreciated all your messages of support and encouragement and they helped us power through and improve the situation.
Outriders’ Appreciation Package is available for all Outriders players who purchased the game between March 31 and April 11.
All players who People Can Fly had to perform an automatic inventory wipe for are also eligible.

That said, People Can Fly doesn’t have a specific date when the package will be available to eligible players.
Here’s what the Outriders Community Appreciation Package will include, whenever it’s available.
Your highest leveled character will receive:
- A level appropriate Legendary Weapon
- A level appropriate amount of Titanium
- The emote "Frustration", which People Can Fly said "is otherwise unobtainable at this moment in time. The irony here was not intentional but is fitting."
This is tentatively what People Can Fly has planned, though the team said it could change between now and the package’s release.
