Outriders is launching a major new update later today, calling this New Horizon. Notably, this free update includes four new missions, an additional transmog system, balancing updates and timers are being removed from Expedition missions.
Detailing this update further, developers People Can Fly explained more in a recent Reddit post, confirming:
This free update is the culmination of months of hard work spent improving Outriders, addressing feedback, and making it the game you asked for. The New Horizon update will release at 16:00 GMT on 16 November 2021 and will be entirely free for all players, on all platforms.

As part of this Outriders rebalancing effort, People Can Fly outlined changes are being made to Legendary Sets, mods, skills and a Tiagos Expedition store overhaul. You can find more details here.
It's a significant update and that'll arrive before a full expansion, Worldslayer, drops next year.
