Modern Warfare: Best Search and Destroy Classes

Modern Warfare Season 5 is here, and the game's excellent shooting mechanics are still keeping players logging in week after week.

Search and Destroy is a tense match type, but you can make it easier with this setup.

Call of Duty Modern Warfare: Best Search and Destroy Loadout

Weapon

• M4

This is probably the best all-round setup for the M4, combining versatility, power, accuracy and control.

Attachments

• Stock M16 Grenadier (Barrel)
• Operator Reflex Sight (Optic)
• No Stock (Stock)
• Merc Foregrip (Underbarrel)
• Stippled Grip Tape (Rear Grip)

This is a setup that a few pro players are using, including Clayster and Crimsix - it's worth noting that some also use the Operator Foregrip.

Perks

• E.O.D (Perk 1)
• Ghost (Perk 2)
• Spotter (Perk 3)

E.O.D will increase your resistance to explosives, Hardline will allow you to score killstreaks much faster which will allow you to be more aggressive and Battle Hardened will increase your resistance to those pesky flash and stun grenades.

Grenades

• Frag Grenade (Lethal)
• Flash Grenade (Tactical)

This is down to personal preference. You can mix with other utilities to suit your style.

Field Upgrade

• Dead Silence

Dead Silence will allow you to flank the enemy or escape a crowded area surrounded by opponents.

Killstreaks

• Cruise Missile (5 Kills)
•  VTOL Jet (8 Kills)
• White Phosphorus (10 Kills)

This killstreak combination is with high-kill matches in mind. The VTOL Jet kills all enemies with ease while White Phosphorus can damage enemies all over the map, making them easy prey for you and your teammates.
