Just go to the ‘Collection tab located at the top of your in-game client and click the ‘Emotes’ option afterwards.
Then once you have found the available emotes you have, click and drag on those and put them on your chat wheel.
You may also have the option to equip those emotes that can automatically appear every time you start and end a game.
