[Original Story] - SNK has recently released a new teaser showcasing the 34th character coming to King of Fighters 15. As seen on SNK's official Twitter page, the 34th character for King Of Fighters 15 is just a silhouette, but can be seen wielding a long weapon and sporting short hair. SNK confirms that this character's trailer will be released tomorrow (November 11) after the teaser's reveal today.
Who Is The 34th KOF Character?
So far, few King of Fighters characters fit the bill of short-haired and wielding a long weapon.
Though potentially this character could be Whip, who is a Team Ikari regular. However, she has also appeared as a team member of K' (pronounced as "Kay Dash") in some King of Fighters entries.
As K' (K Dash) is still not included in a team for King of Fighters 15, Whip could pair up with him along with another character for this game. This situation could be similar to Heidern who is also normally a Team Ikari Warriors member but is part of Team Rival for King of Fighters 15

Five More Characters Incoming
After the 34th character reveal, King of Fighters 15 has five more character slots to fill to complete its promised 39-character roster ahead of launch.
This fighting game's release date has already been delayed and will be available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S and PC on February 17, 2022. The three months remaining before release will be enough time to reveal the next characters including the incoming 34th fighter.
