Unlocking the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower is unique. There are no obstacles around the tower. The only issue here is the gates. They don't open as you press the A button like it does with other towers.
To open the gates and access Popla Foothills Tower, you must enter a secret cave hidden underneath the tower and find Elmerson, the NPC who controls the tower, and has got trapped. Players can find this cave following the coordinates 0604, -2191, 0052, or the walkthrough below.
- Head south from the tower until you see the sharp slope
- After that, use the Paraglider to get down without taking damage
- Keep going left until you reach the required coordinates and see the cave entrance
- Enter it, and stand on the stone button found at coordinates 0587, -2130, 0052
- Elmerson will be freed, and he will instantly approach Popla Foothills Skyview Tower to repair it.
