The return of popular maps is always exciting which is why many are asking one question - When is Fortune's Keep returning to Warzone?
Ahead of Season 2, Raven Software is starting to tease some of the content on its way to Warzone. In addition to the usual expansion of the weapon arsenal and the arrival of a new battle pass, there's a chance Fortune's Keep will reappear for the first time since the Pacific era.

Warzone Fortune's Keep return date
With some content creators receiving wooden crates labelled 'Call of Duty Season 2,' some of them contain small models of Fortune's Keep points of interest devastated by some seismic activity.
As expected, fans were quick to piece together that Fortune's Keep will return to Warzone as part of the Season 2 update. The update is currently expected to drop on February 7 but it's unclear if the map will arrive at launch or a later date.

Warzone Fortune's Keep map changes
Based on the models some content creators have received, there have been widespread changes to the majority of the map. The models showcase broken buildings in addition to large cracks running through the soil.
The cause of the destruction remains a mystery meaning there's a strong possibility of an event showcasing the full extent of the destruction taking place. Is Godzilla resurfacing? We'll have to wait and see.
Is Warzone Fortune's Keep permanent?
It's unclear if Fortune's Keep will be a permanent addition to the Warzone map rotation. Considering playlists chop and change every week, the chances of it not sticking around for long are high. Fear not, there's a high chance of the Resurgence map returning in future updates.
