How to join Freestar Collective in Starfield

To join the Freestar Collective in Starfield, make your way to the planet of Akila and land within the confines of Akila City.

After entering the city, the local branch of Galbank is being robbed, and criminals have taken a number of civilians hostage. If you overhear information about the incident, you'll begin the Job Gone Wrong quest.

Next, have a conversation with Marshall Blake and offer your services to deal with the situation. Ideally, Blake will ask you to use the art of persuasion to make them surrender. But, you can use a bit of force to enter the building using the back door for a more direct way to deal with the criminals.

After stopping the robbery, head to The Rock and search for Emma Wilcox. Speak with her and express your interest in becoming a member of the Freestar Collective. Once done, this will trigger the Deputized quest, which allows you to become a full-time member of the faction.
