Stardew Valley Elliott - Romance Guide, Schedule, Gifts, Heart Events

Elliott in Stardew Valley.

Elliott in Stardew Valley.

Do you think you need Elliott to live a complete life on the farm? Here's how to romance Elliott in Stardew Valley. Being a bit of a recluse solely focused on finishing his novel, Elliott won't actually object to spending time with you. You'll need to head outside of town to see him and gift him some fairly unique items. He also doesn't mind if you're male or female.

Down below, we'll go over everything you need to convince Elliott that you're a farmer worth living off the land for. We'll cover his likes and dislikes, where to find him around town, and how his key romance events play out. It's the trick to getting across the finish line without any major messes.

  • Night Market Visit: Winter 17
  • Doctor's Visit: Summer 9

Elliott Romance Guide

Living alone in the cabin by the beach, Elliott has good reason for moving away from the hustle and bustle of the town. A writer at heart and a helpless romantic, he's trying the old method of locking himself away in an attempt to force his way through writer's block and away from any distractions.

Despite this, Elliott can be occasionally coaxed away from his work long enough to form a serious relationship — be that a man or a woman. He also knows when to reward himself for a productive day by heading to the Stardrop Saloon to blow off steam.

Schedule

Largely sticking to his scheduled seclusion, Elliott rarely heads into town. He won't stay home for a full day unless it's raining outside: the sound is too calming for a writer to pass up.

Most afternoons, however, he'll at least spend some time on the beach or the docks, likely cursing his scattered mind.

The one semi-unique trait of Elliott's schedule is that it'll change slightly if you're at 6+ hearts with Leah. At that point, his Friday afternoon is spent at Pierre's rather than the Stardrop Saloon.

Where to Find Elliot Easily?

You can usually find Elliot on the bridge connecting the Beach to Pelican Town when the game starts. He's there almost every day in the Spring.

If you have fewer than six hearts with Leah, you can find Elliot at the Saloon almost every Friday throughout the year. Many other NPCs also gather at the Saloon on Fridays, making it a good opportunity to interact and give gifts to several people at once.

Top Gifts to Give

Choosing the perfect gift for Elliot can be tricky since he has unique tastes. One great option is to plant a Pomegranate Tree, as it produces fruit daily during the harvest season. Since you can only give Elliot two gifts per week, you can save extra fruits to give him later.

For a safer choice, consider sticking to gifts that he universally likes or loves.
