One of the many activities that you can do in Pokemon Stadium is the Cup tournaments. The entry-level cup event is the PokeCup, and so for those of you who haven't played Pokemon Stadium in a while, or at all for that matter, our Pokemon Stadium PokeCup guide will give you all the details you need to know about it.

Pokemon Stadium was one of the first Pokemon games to come out many years ago, and was the first 3D Pokemon game to grace our living rooms. It was known for its high difficulty, where bringing trained creatures from the Gameboy games was viewed as mandatory for completion. The Nintendo Switch version lacks that feature, making this guide worth its weight in gold.

Pokemon Stadium PokeCup rules

As with all Pokemon events in Pokemon Stadium, there are rules about which creatures you can bring into battle. These rules can limit what level the Pokemon on your team are, what Pokemon you can use, and even move sets. Here's a list of the rules for the PokeCup.

Pokemon Stadium PokeCup trainers

In these cups, there are four different difficulty levels with two rounds each. Each trainer will have different Pokemon of varying difficulty depending on the round and the difficulty. Here's each trainer's Pokemon for each round and difficulty.
