Want to know how to use Hyper Training in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet? In the late game, the strength of your Pokemon will allow you to fight in the mid- and late-story gyms, but you can make Pokemon even stronger. There are a couple of ways to do this in the game.

Cold conditions harden strength and spirit, and it is equally true for people and Pokemon. Where could be colder than the Glaseado Mountains region? In the snow and near-evergreen trees, you can find a trainer who will help you use Hyper Training in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.

What is Hyper Training in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet?

When first starting Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, players only strive to catch more Pokemon to expand their Pokedex collection. This is quite enough to fight in the starting gyms. But with each new stage of the game, you'll work to get the best Pokemon by paying attention to the IV value of each individual Pokemon.

The IV of each Pokemon varies randomly from 0 to 31, and affects all other stats. In addition, it is rare to find a Pokemon whose IV exceeds 25-26 in the wild. At this point, you should consider Hyper Training.

Hyper Training is a hard late-game process that will allow your Pokemon to max out each stat's IV score. Of course, this stage is not the last on the path of your Pokemon. Later you can Terastallize or use Nature Mints to make your team more powerful. But in the mid-game, Hyper Training will help you take on trainers in gyms you were previously afraid to even look at.
