However, there's a very good chance that the method will be very similar, or even identical, to the process in the previous game, PGA Tour 2K21.
To play with friends in PGA Tour 2K23, you'll need to set up a private match. This is a closed lobby where only those with invites can join, so you can have it with just close friends if desired.
From the main menu, scroll across twice to the Play Now tab. On the left-hand side you'll see a range of options, but in this case you'll want to select Create Private Match. Then you'll customise the game to your liking, including which courses are on rotation, how many holes to do, and which game mode to use.
