Warzone Season 5 start date
The final season of the Pacific era commences on August 24, 2022, 24 hours after Season 5 of Vanguard gets underway. As one of the longest seasons of post-launch content, there's plenty of time to unlock the RA 225.
How to unlock RA 225
As one of two weapons available to unlock by working through the Season 5 battle pass, the process of unlocking the RA 225 is incredibly straightforward.
The new SMG will appear at tier 31 of the Season 5 battle pass. Purchasing the premium battle pass bundle will speed up the grind thanks to the 25 tier skips but if you want to get your hands on the SMG as fast as possible, you'll need to spend COD Points on six additional skips to unlock it instantly.
Is the RA 225 good in Warzone and Vanguard?
With some strong SMGs already in the Warzone and Vanguard arsenals, the RA 225 has some stiff competition if it's to break into the best SMGs to use in multiplayer and the battle royale.
