It is important to note that sometimes Personal Orders may require you to kill a certain number of Berserkers. But like we said, they spawn quite often. How to kill Helldivers 2 Berserkers

But when fighting a group of Berserkers, you'll need some armour-piercing weapons. A good option is the SG-225 Breaker Shotgun, as it can hit multiple enemies at once. In addition, this is an excellent weapon to simultaneously damage both of the Berserkers' weak points in close combat.

We alsso recommend using stratagems such as Railgun or Eagle 500KG Bomb. The latter is especially effective against groups of enemies but can damage your companions as well. In addition, you can use Impact Grenades to deal significant damage to these chainsaw Automatons.
