By far the quickest and most reliable method to farm Knickknack Vouchers is to play through the quest, Assault Formation. Assault Formation is unlocked once you reach Extreme difficulty, and this survival quest has you on an Avia airship facing off against waves of Avia Soldiers for 4 minutes.

The trick here is that the Avia Soldiers will drop tons of Machine Units and High-End Parts. By the end of each run, you'll be looking at around 50-70 Machine Units and 10 High-End Parts. Both of these have good trade value for Knickknack Vouchers. On top of these, you will also get around 50+ Rafale Coins each run, so feel free to farm those here as well!

Now you can head back to the shop and trade in your hard-earned Machine Parts and High-End Parts for Knickknack Vouchers. Another method involves hunting down the elusive and extremely rare Prismatic Slime. The best method to find the Prismatic Slime is not available until you reach the Maniac difficulty where you can complete the Slimepede quest. The Prismatic Slime is a rainbow-coloured slime that hides as an ordinary slime. Once hit, it will reveal its true colours. It drops some of the best loot in Granblue Fantasy Relink, including 500 Knickknack Vouchers.

On average it will take you about 10-15 autoruns of the Slimepede or Assault Formation quests to run into a Prismatic Slime.
