You can invest in Damage Cap nodes from the Master Tree, as they become a lot more common the deeper you go. Over Limit on the Masteries once you hit level 80 and above, also have a chance of giving you Damage Cap increasing masteries.

Glass Cannon Sigil

Other sources of Damage Cap increase include Sigils such as the Glass Cannon Sigil, which inflicts you with Dizzy every time you get hit but increases your Attack Power and Damage Cap.

War Elemental Sigil
