How to unlock fast travel in Granblue Fantasy Relink

Granblue Fantasy Relink features sprawling cities and towns that you need to navigate through quickly. You'll be repeatedly making runs to the merchants, blacksmiths, and quest counter over and over. This can get tiresome, but luckily, you can unlock fast travel in Granblue Fantasy Relink.

Granblue Fantasy Relink has some impressive load times, and fast travel is also quite seamless when it works. However, unlocking fast travel can be a bit of a hassle, especially considering that it's not that complex of a feature. Today we'll look at how to fast travel in Granblue Fantasy Relink.

How to unlock fast travel

The fast travel feature properly unlocks when you complete the main story and reach Episode 0. Once you complete the main story, you'll be able to fast travel to the various points of interest in each city.

Technically, there's an already existing method of fast travel unlocked from the start. Once you accept a side quest and complete it, it's marked as reportable. If you open the side quest tab from the main menu and hover over a reportable quest, you'll see an option to fast travel. Note that you can only fast-travel to reportable quests within the city they are located in. You cannot travel directly from Folca to Seedhollow.

How to fast travel

To fast travel, simply press the R key on keyboard or the Start key on your controller to bring up the Shortcuts menu. Fast Travel will be the first option once you unlock it.

Click on Fast Travel and you'll see a list of locations you can currently fast travel to. Select any of them and the screen will fade to black for a moment before teleporting you to your desired spot.

Unfortunately, once again, there is no method of direct travel from Folca to Seedhollow or vice versa. Instead, you have to travel to the Docks, where you can select one of the two cities or the Grandcypher to travel to.
