Is Foamstars available on Xbox and PC?

No, Foamstars is not available on either Xbox consoles or PC. The third-person shooter is currently only available on PS4 and PS5.

Foamstars was initially released as part of the PlayStation Plus game lineup for February 2024, meaning players can claim the title for free as long as they have an active subscription to the service. The game will become available for purchase in the PlayStation Store once it leaves the PS Plus lineup in March.

It doesn’t look like Foamstars will be hitting Xbox or PC any time soon, as there have been no hints about the shooting game coming to those platforms.
