How to complete the Golden Potato quest
Before you can even start the Golden Potato quest, you’ll need to redeem the highly valuable vegetable. Obtaining the potato is not as simple as it sounds, but thankfully YouTuber Letz Play K has a video on how to redeem the Golden Potato. Check out the video below:
You can start the quest once the Golden Potato is in your inventory. The main objective is to locate some diamond stones and you can achieve that by following these steps:
- Go to Merlin’s House and take a look at the desk to the right after you enter. Inspect the book that’s sitting next to a stone and you’ll find an image of a potato on a diamond with the numbers 1, 2, 3, and 4 next to it.
- Go to the cave on Dazzle Beach and make your way to the gardening section on the second floor. There should be a table there with a diamond stone on it.
- After interacting with the stone, the Golden Potato should morph into a Golden Carrot. Take this carrot to Elsa’s cave and interact with the diamond stone on her desk.
- The Golden Carrot will become a Golden Crab at this point. Bring the crab to the Dream Castle and head up the stairs towards the large fountain. The diamond stone should be somewhere along the bannister there.
- Interact with the stone and the Golden Crab will transform into a Golden Night Thorn. Take this thorn back to the desk in Merlin’s House and you should find the final diamond stone. Interact with the stone and the thorn should turn into a Golden Potion.
Unfortunately, this is the furthest you can advance in the Golden Potato quest at the moment. We can expect a future update to add to this quest, but for now, it’s best to just keep your Golden Potion stored safely in your inventory. We’ll be sure to update this guide once more has been added to the quest.
