How to catch Festive Bass in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Currently, the Festive Bass is available to be caught in Dreamlight Valley. The fish makes an appearance in the Valley between December 18 and December 31 every year, alongside the other festive fish. Players wanting to catch the Festive Bass need to make their way to the Peaceful Meadow.

When at the Peaceful Meadow, approach a body of water like the one shown above. Although it may take some time for them to appear, you're looking for red and green ripples in the water. As soon as you see these ripples, cast your fishing line into the ripples, and you'll be able to catch the Festive Bass.

You can only catch one Festive Bass in your Dreamlight Valley save, so if you caught one last year, you'll not be able to catch another this year.

Disney Dreamlight Valley Festive Bass uses

Compared to the other festive fish, the Festive Bass doesn't give as much energy when eaten, only restoring 150 of your energy. You're also able to give the Festive Bass as a gift to your fellow villagers. Unfortunately, there aren't any crafting recipes that the Festive Bass is uniquely used for, even when cooking.

That being said, you'll need to catch yourself a Festive Bass in order to complete the Even Fish Are Festive village duty, which is only available until December 2023. To complete this quest, you'll have to catch all the festive fish currently available before the deadline passes.
