Usually, side quests aren't as meaningful as the main quests in Diablo 4. But there's an exception for a few quests such as the Blood and Sweat side quest which we'll walk you through with our guide below. This task will allow you to uncover more about the Sanctuary's cruelty.
The Blood and Sweat side quest will require you to find and return the Crude Doll hidden in the Ruins of Qara-Yisu located in Dry Steppes to Tuya. You might find this side quest a bit challenging, but you have our guide to help you in locating this item.
How to accomplish the Blood and Sweat side quest?
You'll be starting the Blood and Sweat side quest once you clear the Ruins of Qara-Yisu Stronghold. To clear the Stronghold, you'll have to destroy the Infernal Spires scattered around that location. Upon destroying all the Spires, you can challenge the Ruins' boss, Utulku to finally clear the Stronghold.
After defeating Utulku, you can then find the Blood and Sweat side quest by interacting with a Bloodstained Letter. In this letter, the author lets the player know that he has kept Tuya safe within the area. You'll then be tasked to find the Crude Doll.
How to find and return the Crude Doll?
To find the Crude Doll, you'll have to check every stone in the search area to find it. But if you don't have that much time and want to wrap up the side quest quickly, you can go to the part of the ruins near the search area's centre. You'll find a Disturbed Stone to find the Crude Doll.
Once you pick up the Crude Doll, you can then return it to Tuya herself and complete the quest. You can find Tuya in the town of Alzuuda in the Dry Steppes. This location is found near the Fields of Hatred PvP area. So, if you're familiar with this area, it'll be easy for you to find her.
As you arrive in Alzuuda, you can talk to Tuya and then complete the quest. Upon doing so, you'll earn some experience, gold, and a Salvage Cache with some materials to add to your inventory.
