Before you start searching for the keys, it's worth noting you need to be inside The Halperin Hotel to find all four. With that said, here's where to find them and how to use them.
Safe Deposit Key #09
The first key is arguably the most straightforward to find. In the hotel lobby, there's a table opposite the front desk. Look for the small white particles rising and grab the key.
Safe Deposit Key #14
The next key requires you to make a visit to the second floor of the Halperin. Once you're there, make your way to room 208. There's a high possibility of Walkers and other undead opposition waiting for your arrival so make sure you've got some powerful weaponry to dispatch of them quickly.

Safe Deposit Key #33
Key number three is surprisingly straightforward to find once you figure out where it is. On the second floor, there are two elevator doors. One is open while the other remains shut. Once the power is activated, press the switch and the shut doors will open. Kill the zombies and retrieve the key.
Safe Deposit Key #49
The penultimate deposit key is another easy find. Make your way into the air vents and you'll see the glowing white particles very easily in the pitch-black tunnels.
The fifth and final key is located in room 307. Step inside and head into the bathroom. You'll find the key on the edge of the bath.

Once you've got your hands on all five keys, head back down to the main lobby. Behind the reception desk is a wall full of small deposit boxes. Simply interact with them to earn everything that's inside!
