The Pacific era of Warzone is coming to an end. The switch from Verdansk to Caldera missed the mark with many members of the community in addition to the Vanguard arsenal taking over the ever-changing metagame. With Season 5 on the way, a new submachine gun (SMG) is arriving to the game.

Known as the RA 225, the compact SMG features a high rate of fire and impressive mobility thanks to its small size. However, fast-fast firing SMGs feature high levels of recoil that are tricky to control in hectic close-range combat.

It's unclear if the RA 225 can slot in amongst the best warzone smgs but as it's a new weapon, the community will want to know the best RA 225 Warzone loadout in order to get the upper hand over the opposition. What is the best RA 225 Warzone loadout?

With Season 5 not launching for another few days, we're unable to find the very best loadout for the RA 225. Based on its description and initial intel, we think a build similar to the MAC-10 from Black Ops Cold War could make an impact.

Obviously, the attachments are completely different but a combination that extends the damage range and features a huge magazine will dominate in close-range scenarios. Once we've tested a number of combinations, we will share the best one to use.

Best RA 225 Warzone attachments

Attachment selection will make all the difference when it comes to dealing damage with the RA 225. As it's from the Vanguard arsenal, there are a huge number of attachments to choose from.

We will test various combinations to find the best set of attachments to use with the RA 225 and once we've found one, we will update the guide with a full attachment list.

Best RA 225 Warzone perks and equipment

Once the best RA 225 attachments are ready to go, turn your attention to finding a strong combination of perks and equipment that are capable of dealing further damage. Here's what we recommend using alongside the RA 225.

Perks

• EOD (Perk 1)
• Overkill/Ghost (Perk 2)
• Battle Hardened (Perk 3)

This set of perks features in the majority of loadouts because very few can beat them. EOD gives you increased explosive resistance while Overkill and Ghost allow you to run two primary weapons and remain undetected from any UAVs when moving around the map.

Make sure to have a Ghost and Overkill loadout prepared before dropping into the action. Last and by no means least is Battle Hardened. The increased resistance to incoming flash and stun grenades makes it much easier to maintain focus on your intended target.

Equipment

• Semtex (Lethal)
• Stim (Tactical)

Semtex is perfect for dealing with any incoming vehicles thanks to its ability to stick to any surface. Additionally, the Stim complements the RA 225 well due to its temporary speed boost and instant health regeneration.

Is the RA 225 good in Warzone?

It's unclear if the RA 225 can squeeze into the Warzone meta but if Raven Software decides to nerf any SMGs currently dominating the meta, there's always a possibility of the gun featuring in the loadouts of several players.
