However, it can be annoying when you’re escaping from enemies with guns so here’s how to switch seats so you don’t have to focus on driving when you want to shoot.

It turns out that you actually can’t switch seats for most of the vehicles in GTA Online, aside from a few options.

Simply put, if you want to switch car seats in GTA Online, you’ll have to get out of the vehicle and enter through the other door, which can be annoying.

However, some players on Reddit have discovered that vehicles like APC and Dune FAV do let players switch seats by pressing H on the PC version a few times. 

Other players have also confirmed that you can switch seats with the APC and Dune FAV by pressing the right direction, which is probably what you need to do in the console version.

This should help out any players who are escaping in a combat vehicle and desperately need to shoot other players or enemies, though it’s a shame that it doesn’t work on all vehicles.

GTA Online, which comes with GTA 5, is now available on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.
