Cayo Perico Kosatka Submarine First Look

While initial estimates from GTA Forum fans put the sub at around $5 million, it turns out it's just over $2 million.

On top of the $2,200,000 players can also customise the Kosatka Submarine
The customisation options, as shared by GTA_Intel below, can allow you to splash over $9 million on a custom Kosatka.
That includes changing the colour, adding a Sonar Station and Guided Missiles, a weapon workshop and the option to launch a miniature weaponised helicopter and Kraken submersible from your submarine.
