Genshin Impact continues to be one of the most popular games out right now, giving fans an amazing free-to-play experience that you can get through by yourself if you want, albeit, with gacha mechanics for those that really love the anime-style and characters this game brings, especially with such good designs for playable heroes and heroines like Venti, Lisa, Jean, and more.
While it can take forever to get your favorite character or a weapon you’ll need, especially if you don't have a battle pass, there’s a good chance that you won’t technically need them when you set out on your anime-esque adventure to rescue your sibling, though we won’t blame you for spending some extra coin if you want to get some of these wonderful-looking characters and their badass abilities.

Is Genshin Impact Cross-Platform?
The game might have a lot of content for single-player but there are some multiplayer quests too and the best part is that Genshin Impact has cross-platform multiplayer.
It doesn’t matter if you’re playing on a PC, PS4, or PS5 as you’ll be able to play Genshin Impact with your friends, regardless of platform.
Admittedly, there is a small caveat to that; you and your friends must be playing in the same region since each one seems to share a different server.
So, if you’re playing Genshin Impact on the US server you can’t play with your friends if they’re on the Asia server.
For the most part, playing Genshin Impact’s cross-platform multiplayer isn’t too troublesome, though the PS4 players will probably lag behind PC players (literally).
Playing on a PS5 does improve the game’s performance, making it easier to keep up with high-end PC players, so if you were lucky enough to get your hands on the next-gen console, definitely play it on that.
Even if you are playing on a PS4, being able to fight monsters with your friends on Genshin Impact shouldn’t be an impossible task.
Genshin Impact is now available on the PS4, PS5, PC, and mobile devices, with a Nintendo Switch port in the works.
