Go to Wangshu Inn located in Dihua Marsh in Liyue. Go to the top of the building and look for Chef Smiley Yanxiao.

He will instruct you to cook an old recipe that requires some of your elemental skills, primarily the Pyro and Hydro types, as well as your sword skills.

You will need to look for one Bird Egg and one Snapdragon to cook the recipe. You can find those around Mondstadt, where the latter can be found on most buildings, and the former is more rampant in the wild.

Once you got the ingredients, go back to Chef Yanxiao and he will tell you some things to do, such as cutting meat using your swords, placing water in a pot using Hydro skills, and lighting the fireplace with a Pyro attack.
