You can find the Marionette Core in Genshin Impact once you reach the boss fight to defeat the Maguu Kenki located at the middle of the new Golden Apple Archipelago.
The item will be dropped after beating Maguu Kenki which is above level 30. Players who are below that World Level may have to play more until they reach the minimum Adventure Rank to be able to do so.
Finish the first three acts of the newly launched Midsummer Island Adventure limited-time event to qualify for the boss fight with Maguu Kenki. After being successful in doing so, you will be required to spend some Original Resin for you to open a reward blossom by the end of the encounter.
You should take note that the Golden Apple Archipelago will also be a limited-time game area, so grind as soon as possible to nab the Marionette Core in Genshin Impact.
