The game is an open-world title that utilizes the World Level feature to determine the appropriate level of enemies you may face along the way. You may adjust it according to your preference but making it lower can affect the rewards you may get from enemy drops.

How to Change World Level in Genshin Impact

In order to change your World Level in Genshin Impact, you first need to open your game and head to the main menu.

Look for the ‘I’ icon just beside your current World Level. Then choose the Revert World Level option next to a box that contains your current stats.

Select the World Level adjustment feature and it will automatically lower your World Level by one.

This feature is only available so far for players who have at least a World Level of 5, as well as you can only use it once a day.

Although, it is not advisable to use the feature if you are somehow capable of defeating the enemies based on your default World Level to maximize the possible rewards that you can get. If you know you are strong enough to face tougher opponents, then it is best to just grind the game without doing a tweak on your World Level.
