Genshin Impact Broken Isle Water Pillar Puzzle Guide

Genshin Impact has introduced new game content through update 1.6 which is one of the biggest ever to arrive in the game.

It includes the new puzzles which can be tried by players as long as they are eligible to do so. And now, the Broken Isle water pillar puzzle is online, and we’re glad to help you how you can get through it.

Genshin Impact Broken Isle Water Pillar Puzzle Guide

There are five mountains in Broken Isle where the pillars are placed.

One is located in the central part of the Isle, one at the northeast, one at the southeast, one at the northwest, and one at the southwest.

But before you go to each of those locations, you need to go first to the painted wall minigame. Just equip the Harpastum item and enter the area. Press E to throw and destroy the small cave.

Go further inside the cave and look for the mural which somehow gives a clue about the pillars. If you open your map, you will see five pond symbols around Broken Isle.

Controlling The Water Level

Now if you go to the pond symbols, you will notice that there is a small body of water where you can determine their water level. These are the water levels you need to note for each of the locations:

• Central – lowest water level
• Northeast – lowest water level
• Southeast – mid-water level
• Northwest – mid-water level
• Southwest – highest water level

Then once you go back to the beach, five stones representing the five pillars will show up. You need to step on each of those, so follow this sequence of stepping on the stones:

1. Central
2. Southwest
3. Northeast
4. Northwest
5. Southeast

After stepping on the stones, a cutscene and music will play eventually. You will also be rewarded with three treasure chests.
