The Warzone meta changes on a regular basis thanks to regular buffs and nerfs from Raven Software. With over 100 weapons to select, finding the best ones to use is a tricky task.
The majority of players dropping into the action opt for a combination of an assault rifle and submachine gun (SMG) with a sniper rifle slotting into the loadouts of those looking for some additional long-distance firepower. However, some are looking elsewhere to gain an advantage.
When playing Rebirth Island matches, one player claims the Panzerfaust launcher has become one of the best Warzone guns to use.
Is the Panzerfaust meta?
To justify the claim, Reddit user “Shandar1” posts a clip of a recent Rebirth Resurgence match. In a bid to retain control of a rooftop, the player lands rockets with deadly precision much to the surprise of those that often rely on other weapons to make an impact. “The Panzerfaust is the new Rebirth Island meta,” claims the player.
Other members of the community quickly shared their thoughts on the claim. One commenter says the Panzerfaust “always has been” in the Warzone meta. Others noticed the player utilises the Amped perk for an increase in reload speed, enabling them to make an impact with the launcher as fast as possible.
This isn’t the first time a launcher has appeared within the Warzone meta. During the early days of the Verdansk era, the RPG-7 from Modern Warfare decimated any incoming vehicles and nearby opponents before a nerf halted its dominance.
With the meta constantly changing with every single update to the battle royale, the likelihood of the Panzerfaust falling out of favour with players is extremely high. If you want to make the most of this underrated meta weapon, add it to your loadouts as soon as possible.
