Respawn Entertainment Is Hiring For A New IP


Apex Legends and Jedi: Fallen Order developer Respawn Entertainment is working on a new IP.

As confirmed by Steven Wong, programmer at Respawn's LA offices, a team of five is working on a new IP, and is looking for a sixth member.

The tweet was shared by Jason de Heras, design director for the Jedi: Fallen Order team, who shared a screenshot of the job spec.

Respawn Entertainment Is Hiring For A New IP

The developer has been on something of a hot streak since its debut title, Titanfall, launched in 2014.

Its sequel, Titanfall 2, is regarded as one of the finest first-person shooters of the last decade, while its battle royale spinoff, Apex Legends, is approaching Season 9 and has amassed over 100 million players.

Meanwhile, Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order reached ten million sales, exceeding publisher EA's expectations.
