h and that can only mean one thing. Yes, it's time for every PlayStation Plus owner to once again start turning their attention to what free games they'll be playing in November.

It's also a difficult time of year approaching for most bank balances. Putting aside the new PS5 consoles launching, there's also a huge assortment of new games fast approaching.

From Watch Dogs: Legion, to Cyberpunk and of course Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War.

There's too many to name, so you'll want to make the most of any and all freebies to supplement your gaming habits when the debit card is feeling stretched.

It's also very important we mention that PS Plus users on PS5 will receive a whopping 18 free games thanks to the new PS Plus collection.

Which does also make it very tricky to predict what free games Sony could give away, since, it's pretty hard to top the likes of Bloodborne, Days Gone, The Last of Us Remastered and so many more games.

However, they'll have to do something and they should hopefully announce these new freebies pretty soon.

So read on, we'll explain everything you need to know.

When will PS Plus November 2020 free games be confirmed?

We imagine that most Sony PS4 fans will know how this works, however, for the sake of anyone who might be new to the PlayStation ecosystem, or perhaps anyone intending to pick up a PS5 with PS Plus, here's a quick explainer.

Traditionally PS Plus games have always been announced on the last Wednesday of the month at 4.30pm BST on the dot.

The announced titles then become available to download from the PSN store on the first Tuesday of the month.

Some months this means the games arrive a bit earlier. But some months, it means there's a slightly longer wait than normal.

In the case of PS Plus November, fans have a bit of a wait on their hands.

Due to the way the days have fallen in the month, Sony won't announce the PS Plus November 2020 free games lineup until Wednesday, October 28th. That's next week if you didn't realise.

At that point, PS4 owners will have to wait until the first Tuesday of the month to download the new games from the PSN store.

That means the November lineup should go live on Tuesday, November 3, 2020.

As we touched on before, PS Plus owners in November have an extra bonus in the shape of the new PS Plus Collection.
