While some GTA players are already looking forward to GTA 6, others are still trying to enjoy everything that Los Santos has to offer by spending all of their hard-earned cash or taking up a life of leisure in the countryside.

After all, if you don’t enjoy trying to predict what the next game’s map will look like, lack any hot takes regarding what it should include, and have given up on planning out your first playthrough, why not just try to appreciate the final stretch of GTA 5?

However, if you prefer to stick to the single-player experience and don’t fancy starring in an episode of Baywatch, a new mod is seemingly offering you the chance to attend a rather rowdy holiday rave in a quarry.

Fancy rocking up to the hottest party in GTA this winter?

The mod in question is called ‘Omega Rave [Menyoo]’ and is the work of modder iammistahwolf. A lot of their previous modding work has also been focused on making interesting location-based additions to GTA 5’s single-player, including an offshore oil rig and the ultimate trailer home.

This time, they’ve decided to organise a massive party in Blaine County's Davis Quartz Quarry so that those who want to spend some of their holiday season celebrating in GTA can do just that.

The ‘Omega Rave’ is the name of this bash, which features everything you’d expect from an open-air festival including a main stage with a DJ splicing together hits for those on the dance floor, food trucks in case you’re in need of a snack and plenty of parking in case you want to turn up in a private jet.

All of this has been created using MAFINS’ ‘Menyoo PC [Single-Player Trainer Mod]’, which iammistahwolf cites as having developed a couple of issues with teleports following some recent GTA Online updates, so you might have to use a trainer to enter some of the buildings added to the quarry.

In addition to Menyoo, you’ll also have to grab GTA 5’s script hook, OmegaKingMods’ ‘Map Builder’ and OpenIV to get things working as they should.

Regardless of whether you’re currently trying to choose which of your party outfits will contrast the quarry’s sand best, make sure to follow us for more GTA 6 and GTA Online updates as new vehicles and more arrive.
