GoldenEye 007, the Nintendo 64 classic based on the iconic James Bond series, could finally be getting a digital re-release on Xbox after decades of licencing issues.

Over the weekend, screenshots emerged via True Achievements for the game which catalogued 55 achievements, adding up to a gamerscore of 1000. Looking at these pics, it appears to be a port of GoldenEye's original N64 version, rather than the cancelled XBLA remake.

The news of GoldenEye 007's achievements followed the game being unbanned in Germany, having previously been included in the country's list of "Media Harmful to Young Persons." Rumours circulated that the game could be re-released through Nintendo Switch Online's 'Expansion Pack' with other N64 titles, but nothing is officially confirmed.
