Forza Horizon 5: How to Use Photo Mode


The world of Forza Horizon 5 is gorgeous and vast, pulling together parts of Mexico across an open-world map. There's so much to see, from tropical rainstorms to ancient structures, perfect for taking photos. You can get better photos by using Photo Mode. It allows you free movement and editing over the regular camera, resulting in some seriously impressive snaps. Here's how to use Photo Mode.

Forza Horizon 5: How to Use Photo Mode

To use Photo Mode in Forza Horizon 5, head into the main menu and scroll along to 'Creative Hub.' From there you will see 'Photo Mode' in the bottom-left corner. Selecting this will put you into Photo Mode, back in the position where you left off in free-roam.

Photo Mode Shortcut

If you'd like to speed up the process of going into Photo Mode in Forza Horizon 5, just press up on the d-pad. This is an easier way of switching to Photo Mode, as you can easily position cars before triggering it. You can do this mid-race if you'd like for some great action shots.

Photo Mode Ideas and Tips

It's worth keeping Photo Mode in mind as you explore Mexico. Take photographs of each car you own to gain XP and complete challenges. Check the Seasonal Objectives for specific Photo Challenges like the #newdigs challenge. Visit landmarks like the Star 27 Mural for bonus XP. Keep an eye out for special landmarks and locations, or carve your own path.
