Season 2 brought us a Secret Agent theme, mini-bosses such as Meowscles, and teleporting toilets, so who knows what the next Season could bring!

As with every new season, players are eagerly anticipating new weapons and hoping that some old favourites will be Unvaulted.

There are currently some great options in the Vault, so we're going to go through our picks for what might return in Season 3.

Season 3 Wishlist

Bolt Action Sniper Rifle

While the Bolt Action Sniper Rifle is one of our dream picks to come out of the Vault, it seems unlikely after only being Vaulted at the start of this season. Instead, we've picked some classic weapons that remain in the Vault, all of which we'd love to see back in the game!

Combat Shotgun

The Combat Shotgun was one of the best weapons around - even doing solid damage from mid-range. We'd love to see it back in the game, although it would probably suffer from a minor nerf of some description.

Thermal Scoped Assault Rifle

This is a somewhat niche weapon, but we kind of loved its utility. Useful when entering city areas to scout out the locations of opponents, the Thermal Scoped Assault Rifle also did pretty good damage.

It would bring another dimension to firefights, and we'd be here for it.

Dual Pistols

Right, these were just cool, weren't they? Walking around like a cowboy, pistols akimbo.

Who even cares about the seemingly random accuracy and rate of fire. Bring them back, please Epic.

Storm Scout Sniper Rifle

This was another niche weapon that never stuck around for too long. Seeing as the Bolt Action went into the Vault, there must be a space for another Sniper Rifle... Right? We'd love to try it out again.

Guided Missile

Oh, the shenanigans you could have with a Guided Missile. We just want to see people missile-surfing again, or recreating that bit out of The Transporter where they blow up Jason Statham's house.

Great stuff all round and proof that Guided Missiles need to be in Fortnite matches from Chapter 2 Season 3.

Double Barrel Shotgun

Okay, so we sometimes just want a little bit of cheese. We miss the unbelievable damage you could do with two quickfire shots out of this Shotgun.

With good accuracy, you could easily down an opponent in under a second.
