Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3: Ali-A thinks Epic is "killing" the game – here's what he'd change

Fortnite's Chapter 2 Season 3 is likely coming soon, and Youtube star Ali-A wants to see Epic change one of the more controversial additions in recent months – skill-based matchmaking.

The popular content creator has taken aim at the feature (that pits players of a similar skill level against each other) in a YouTube video.

During the video below Ali-A gives his verdict: "Ultimately, for some people it [Skill-based Matchmaking] was great, generally the bad players,”

“For the better players, it was putting them in skill lobbies where the skill is more even. It generally made content creations a lot harder and generally makes the mood of the game a lot more dull.”

Skill-based matchmaking is intended to level the playing field, but it does make Fortnite less appealing in moments where players just want to drop in and grab a few queues. With the game being incredibly popular, it feels like Epic can't please everyone. What do you think?
