FIFA 22's demo will hit the market later this month, offering FIFA fans the opportunity to gain a first look at the upcoming title ahead of its release.
The demo will be EA's first chance to implement the feedback recieved from those lucky enough to get their hands on the beta, which came to an end yesterday.
Table of Contents
Here's what you need to know about the FIFA 22 demo.
Release Date
The demo is expected to land at some point in September, usually around a fortnight ahead of the games full release, which is scheduled for Friday, October 1st.
FIFA 21 did not feature a demo.
The demo for FIFA 20 was available to download on September 10th, a whole 17 days prior to the release of the full game.
Platforms
The demo is expected to be available for Xbox One, PS4, Xbox Series X, PS5, PC and Switch.
Price
The demo will be free to download and play. Unlike the beta, there will be no limit in terms of playtime.

As always with a demo, fans can expect at least 6 partnered EA teams to feature.
We are expecting to see the following teams feature this year:
- Paris Saint-Germain
- Liverpool
- Manchester City
- Atlético Madrid
- Real Madrid
- Borussia Dortmund
A first chance to get our hands on Lionel Messi's PSG? Don't mind if we do!

Modes
Kick-off will be the main mode to feature within the demo, with users unlikely to get their hands on any online matches.
Despite there being little chance of online matchups, EA may allow players a sneak peak at Ultimate Team and Volta.
