Best Time To Buy TOTY Cards
The question that a lot of people are wanting the answer to this year, is when is the best time to buy TOTY cards for your team?
If you’re looking at a buy time over the next week during the TOTY event itself, the later stages of the week should provide good opportunities, as the full team enters packs, meaning the greater supply of these cards and more dips in price, especially as players finish their Weekend Leagues.
The later part of the TOTY promotion was a low point of the event in FUT 20, with a number of in-demand TOTY items rising back up in price after the event concluded and people continued to buy, drying up the supply.
If you’re looking longer term, the closer we get to Team of the Season, the more these TOTY cards should fall in price, as higher rated TOTS cards approach.
It’s clear this year that EA has made an effort to balance TOTY cards compared to the TOTS cards that are released later in the year, to keep more in line with the overall power curve of the game.
A Big Thing To Note For FUT 21 TOTY Cards
One thing to really make clear though, for FUT 21 TOTY items specifically, is that compared to previous years, they’re not as highly rated and have reduced stats, meaning they’re not as high up the power curve.
